Tickets and cards
Prices
Valid from 1st of march 2024 we have the following ticketing prices:
• One ticket 20 DKK
• Vouchers 160 DKK (10 punches)
• Monthly travel card, adults 580 DKK (valid for 30 days)
• Plastic card, for vouchers and monthly travel cards 30 DKK
Children and senior citizens
Children aged 0-15 can travel with the buses for free. Pupils will still use their school bus cards.
Senior citizens from Kommuneqarfik Sermersooq can travel with the buses for free. Please show your senior citizen buscard to the bus driver.
Tickets
Tickets can be purchased in our busses by paying cash. Tickets cannot be purchased at our resellers, online or at our offices.
Tickets are valid for 1 hour, and get stamped with time of expiry when purchased in the bus.
Single tickets
Single ticket can be purchased to your plastic card online or at our resellers.
Single tickets are valid for 1 hour after the bus card has been scanned in the bus.
You can use your purchased single ticket by scanning your plastic card in the bus. Do you have other products on your card, ie. vouchers, please let the bus driver know which one you would like to use.
Single tickets cannot be used as payment for others, and can only be used by the card owner.
Plastic cards
Our plastic cards are used to vouchers and monthly travel cards.
Plastic cards intended for vouchers can be purchased at our resellers.
Plastic cards intended for monthly travel cards are issued at our offices since they are issued with a picture and are personal.
We recommend to all of our customers to register their plastic cards. See our instruction here.
Voucher
A plastic card can be filled up with vouchers, and each voucher includes 10 punches.
One punch is valid for 1 hour, and the expiry time can be seen when scanning the plastic card in the bus. You can also see how many punches are remaining when scanning the card.
A new voucher card can be purchased at our resellers or at our offices.
Plastic cards can be refilled with vouches at our resellers, online and at our offices.
Monthly travel card
A plastic card ca be filled with a monthly travel card. A monthly travel card is valid for 30 days and the expiration date can be seen when scanning the card in the bus.
A new monthly travel card can only be issued at our offices because the card is issued with a picture and is personal and this can only be done at our offices.
Refilling a monthly travel card can be done at our resellers, online and at our offices. Please note that monthly travel cards cannot be purchased in the bus.
A monthly travel card is personal and must be scanned/shown upon entering the bus.

At our resellers
At our resellers you can buy a new voucher card, and refill your voucher card.
You can also refill your monthly travel card at our resellers.
You cannot purchase a new monthly travel card at our resellers.
You can purchase a single ticket for your plastic card at our resellers.
Online
You can refill your voucher card and your monthly travel card online.
You cannot purchase a new plastic card, a new voucher card or a new monthly travel card online.

You can purchase a new voucher card at our offices, and also refill your voucher card.
Our offices are also the only place where get issued a new monthly travel card. You can also refill your monthly travel card at our offices.
You cannot purchase a ticket at our offices.
