Move your card to a new account

Do you have a new email adress? Then we recommend you to create a new account and move your card. We recomment this because a card cannot be in multiple accounts (but an account can have multiple cards).

This is how you do:

  1. Go to : on your preferred browser
  2. Log in
  3. Click on My tickets
  4. Click on Remove card
  5. Log out
  6. Create a new account with your new email
  7. Log in with your new account
  8. Click on My tickets
  9. Click on Add card
  10. Enter:
    1. Card number
    2. Pin code
    3. Name the card
  11. Click on Submit

Your card is now moved to your new account. Remember to log in with your new account next time.
