Fault report

Give a fault report on your electronic bus card by sending us an email to billet@bus.gl. We will process the report the first weekday in the hours 8:00 – 16:00.

Please remember to include these:

  • Name
  • Cardnumber (is beneath the barcode)
  • Email
  • phonenumber
  • Which type of card it is
  • description
