Bus charter

Nuup Bussii A/S offers bus charter. Book in advance right here on this page (bus charter is only available by pre-ordering).

Buses

City busses with seats for 74-88 passengers. Luggage space for approximately 20 passengers. The bus is only chartered with a bus driver included.

Hourly rate

The bus driver is included in the hourly rate.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a chartered bus is subject to the following conditions:

• Up to 8 day prior: 10% of the total charter price
• 7-1 days prior: 30% of the total charter price
• 24 hrs prior: 50% of the total charter price
• Minimum amount on cancellation: 1020 DKK

Changes

Changes in bus charter is subject to the following conditions:

• Up to 8 day prior: 260 DKK per bus
• 7-1 days prior: 385 DKK per bus
• 24 hrs prior: 1020 DKK per bus

Changes are subject that Nuup Bussii A/S has available busses and bus drivers on the requested period.

Delays

Delays (ie. if flights are delayed) are billed 1020 DKK per bus per hour or part thereof.
