Block your card

We recommend to all of our customers to register their new electronic chip cards online. By doing so you can always block your card online in case you loose it, and prevent others using it.

This is how you block your card:

1. Go to: bussii.ridango.com on your preferred browser
2. Log in
3. Click on My tickets
4. Click on Block by the card you would like to block
5. Click on Block

Your card is now blocked and cannot be used any longer. Please contact us for a new card.
