System error buying online – here are your options

Some of our customers have hit a system error when buying vouchers or monthly travel cards online.

Have you bought vouchers or a monthly travel card and your debit card has been deducted but your bus card haven’t been refilled you have two options:

  1. Write an e-mail to billet@bus.gl with the following informations:
    1. Your name
    2. Your bus card number
    3. Proof of payment
      And we will make sure that your bus card is refilled
  2. Get your money back buy coming by the bus office. Please remember the card you used when paying online. You can find our bus office at Industrivej 10-12 and the office hours are monday – Friday in the hours: 10:00 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 15:30
