Some of our customers have hit a system error when buying vouchers or monthly travel cards online.
Have you bought vouchers or a monthly travel card and your debit card has been deducted but your bus card haven’t been refilled you have two options:
- Write an e-mail to billet@bus.gl with the following informations:
- Your name
- Your bus card number
- Proof of payment
And we will make sure that your bus card is refilled
- Get your money back buy coming by the bus office. Please remember the card you used when paying online. You can find our bus office at Industrivej 10-12 and the office hours are monday – Friday in the hours: 10:00 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 15:30
