Bus charter
Nuup Bussii A/S offers bus charter, booked in advance.
Buses
City buses with seats for 74–88 passengers and luggage space for about 20 passengers. The bus is only hired out with a driver.
Hourly rate
The hourly rate includes the bus and a driver.
Payment
Payment in advance by bank transfer only, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices from 1 January 2026

- Express fee for bookings less than 24 hours before the trip

- Waiting time per started hour, per bus (e.g. for flight and ship arrivals)

Cancellation
If you cancel a charter, we may charge a cancellation fee as follows:
- Up to 8 days before
- 10% of the charter price
- 7–1 days before
- 30% of the charter price
- Less than 24 hours before
- 50% of the charter price
- Minimum charge
- DKK 1,020
Changes
If you change a charter, we may charge a change fee as follows:
- Up to 8 days before
- DKK 260 per bus
- 7–1 days before
- DKK 385 per bus
- Less than 24 hours before
- DKK 1,020 per bus
Changes depend on Nuup Bussii having buses and drivers available at the time you ask for.
The Danish version applies.
