Bus card guides

It is easy to register as a user in the web shop, where you top up punch cards and monthly passes.

How to do it:

1. 1 Go to bussii.ridango.com in your browser.
2. 2 Click “Register”.
3. 3 Enter your email, your name and your date of birth.
4. 4 Accept the terms.
5. 5 Click “Register”.
6. 6 You are now registered as a user and can log in at any time. Welcome!

With your bus card registered, it is easier to top up punch cards and monthly passes online. You can always see how many days are left on your monthly pass or how many punches you have left, and you can block the card if you lose it.

How to do it:

1. 1 Go to bussii.ridango.com in your browser.
2. 2 Log in to your account.
3. 3 Click “My tickets”.
4. 4 Click “Add card”.
5. 5 Enter the card number (it is below the barcode on your plastic card) and the PIN code (also on the card).
6. 6 Give your card a name.
7. 7 Click “Submit”.
8. 8 Your card is now registered. You can choose it when you top up online, and block it if you lose it.

You can top up punch cards and monthly passes on your bus card online, whenever it suits you.

How to do it:

1. 1 Go to bussii.ridango.com in your browser.
2. 2 Log in to your account.
3. 3 Choose your card under “From available cards”, or enter the card number.
4. 4 Click “Add to card” next to what you want to buy: a punch card or a monthly pass.
5. 5 Click “Confirm tickets”.
6. 6 Enter your payment card details.
7. 7 Enter the name on the payment card.
8. 8 Enter your email address if you would like a receipt.
9. 9 Click “Authorize”. Your bank may ask you to confirm the purchase, for example with a text message code or your banking app.
10. 10 The punch card can be used straight away. A new monthly pass starts the first time you scan your card on the bus. If you already have a valid monthly pass, the new one starts when the current one expires.

In the web shop you can always see how many punches are left on your punch card and when your monthly pass expires, any time and from anywhere.

How to do it:

1. 1 Go to bussii.ridango.com in your browser.
2. 2 Log in to your account.
3. 3 Click “My tickets”.
4. 4 You can now see your card or cards.
5. 5 For a punch card, you can see how many punches are left.
6. 6 For a monthly pass, the expiry date is shown under “Valid until”.

If your card is registered, you can block it if you lose it, so that no one else can use it.

How to do it:

1. 1 Go to bussii.ridango.com in your browser.
2. 2 Log in to your account.
3. 3 Click “My tickets”.
4. 4 Click “Block” next to the card you want to block.
5. 5 Click “Block” again to confirm.
6. 6 Your card is now blocked and can no longer be used. Contact us for a new plastic card.

Have you got a new email address? Then move your card to a new account. A card can only belong to one account, but an account can have several cards.

How to do it:

1. 1 Go to bussii.ridango.com in your browser.
2. 2 Log in to your old account.
3. 3 Click “My tickets”.
4. 4 Click “Remove card” next to the card you want to move.
5. 5 Log out.
6. 6 Create a new account with your new email address.
7. 7 Log in with the new account.
8. 8 Click “My tickets”.
9. 9 Click “Add card”.
10. 10 Enter the card number (below the barcode) and the PIN code, and give the card a name.
11. 11 Click “Submit”.
12. 12 Your card is now on your new account. Remember to log in with the new account from now on.
